Gaiolere ult description not working as intended

It says that it gives 50% of ult energy to a duplicated summon but summons dont even have ultimate energy in the first place. It also doesnt give it to the hero whose summon he copied so it really doesnt make sense for that description to be there

By recharge effect do you mean its basic attack timer that gets reduced? so they basically get atk speed?
