It says I should check my sharing app or contact customer support. is there a special app needed to share my heroes to Facebook? I've linked my account both to Google and to Facebook.

@tame acorn so I've installed and linked the Facebook app with my in-game acoount but still I get the same error message. what do I need to do to successfully share my new heroes on Facebook to make it count?
