I have to block these bots every time I log in. They're always level 2. Ip ban them? Slow-chat mode for those who repeat messages? Shadow mute anyone under level 5 who accrue 10+ blocks within an hour? Right now the answer is to have every single person who uses global individually block them every single time they log on or want to use chat. The report feature seems meaningless since they'll just make a new account in a few hours and start again.
