bug 1: When attacking at a high speed, the passive no longer activates with each attack, instead, it heals once per second. You can notice it healing every time Tharirol fires 3 shots

bug 2:
"The passive doesn't apply to Tharvirol's ultimate, even though he fires 3 shots, it only heals once. Note that each hit in the multishot of the ultimate still stacks the 'Horn of the Labyrinth Lord' Artifact, meaning it still counts as a basic attack."

? It said heal when perform basic att but it not, how is it normal?

Second you can see video again, every basic att will deal dmg to dummy

You can campare dmg number and heal number

Its not heal per every attz its heal over time

Upon checking we confirmed that this is due to a 1-second internal cooldown on the trigger effect of the Troll Triangle set. Strengthening the basic attack 3 times, if the interval between 3 basic attacks after the set effect doesn't exceed 1 second, it won't trigger.

Thank you, when left on cooldown like that, it sounds more like 'heal over time' rather than 'heal over hit,' even though according to the description, it's clearly 'heal over hit.'

Either way, I think you should update the effect description to avoid any misunderstanding.
