Hi, booked this guy for his potential, but... Frost team on Vortex not getting ATK up. I thought this would be a nice healer for this weeks bonusses.

It's indeed appearing on Hochadir (and Usha, but she's dead here). But it's not on Eurion.
Normally that's not a problem as nothing scales on ATK for him anyway.
However, you get a continuous healing stack for each buff applied and he doesn't get that either.
Meaning: I'm losing healing on this particular set of Vortex4 bonusses.

Regarding your question about Hochadir, although Eurion is an ice hero, his positioning is defense rather than frost, so he did not get the 30% ATK buff from Hochadir.
