After investigation from our end, we would like to let you know that the filter in normal mode is equipment not worn in the current mode. In the screenshot provided, the frame showing the hero's portrait on the equipment is blue, which means that this equipment is being worn in PVP mode.
Kindly note that the equipment worn in PVP will be displayed. This is expected performance.
