When Wellby obtains Rally he does not obtain the actual Rally buff, resulting in his Ultimate Skill not recharging his ultimate.
He is however able to obtain a buff from Alvis. Alvis granting an aditional buff to a random Hero who has Rally, Wellby is able to get this buff and it also says he gains Rally but the Rally buff is never applied.
Please fix so I can add this Hero for my Radiant Rally Team Lineup.
