[Game Log]:
(How to get the logs: Find the directory where the game is installed in the system files, click on it and there will be a logs folder)
[Game installation full path]:
(e.g.: Windows(C)/User/Admin/download)
Before trying to provide the game log kindly please try to reinstall the game if the problem still there kindly provide with the game logs
All files under the path above need to be packaged and sent to us.
