also game started freezing a lot and crashing, i didn't see that until today and i'm almost playing from my phone more than 2 weeks

i will try delete and download again, i can't move with my character, i can't change gears, i can't move the map
i'm writing someting to in game chat and it have 5 sec delay, it feels like game need 32 gb ram
i'm recording a different game performance for compare, as you can see i don't have any problem with my device when i'm using highest settings @empty crypt
i'm deleting the game, i will check after downloaded dragonheir again, i'm going to sleep now
i hope it will fix my problem
@empty crypt downloading again fixed the issue but still i can't select high graphic settings, idk why that happen
and alliance shop still same after delete and download the game again

Before trying to provide the game log kindly please try to reinstall the game if the problem still there kindly provide with the game logs

i'm using phone, i can't see log from my phone because i'm far from my home and pc
when i see my graphic settings are lower than before, i use repair button on bottom left when game is opening, after that i see crashes and lag/delay many times on same day. It feels like ram issue but my device don't have any problem because its working normally after i delete and download the game again, maybe problem can be in your repair system? I think it can corrupt some system files when trying to repair?
Whenever you will be available and near your PC, please check if the problem still persists, we have received some news from the specialist team that problem has been solved.

i can't turn back soon and think about mobil players too please, what happen if they don't have pc? i think not everyone do the same thing with me, deleting and downloading again work for me but they can stop playing if they see someting like this, i will be happy if i can help to investigate the problem but i can't reach my pc soon because i'm in different city
btw its still white after downloaded again, i think it looks like that for everyone and fixing it should be easy? i feel like developers will soon start cursing at me ๐
