There is currently a bug where you lose to 1st fight to time you will go 0-3 with out getting a single chance to try your other two teams. If you try and concede then the game treats it just like single arena and you lose all 3 matches, The result is 0-3 30point ranking loss. So here is what we all can do put your best tanks all with high resistance and high defense and put two healers in back and watch how angry you will be at this team arena. I sent a bug report and to this day it is still not fixed. GL and have fun with that

Sashquat is my ingame name.I have submitted a ticket over 3 days ago im on server Nytheria III. The ticket is close but the bug is still there or at least I did not read it fixed in any of the patch notes. Since I cant copy and paste my ticket it was submitted on Nytheria III server 2023/10/17 at 17:01:37 CST. The ticket is marked closed, Im not going to be able to submit a video of the issue but it should easily be able to be replicated. I spent all my time trying to defeat tank on the team I was fighting. When time expired the screen came up DEFEAT! 0-3 -30points to my overall score. So I tried again this time I hit the conceed button during first match and it did again DEFEAT 0-3 -30 points to my overall record. Thats all im going to say I will continue to use this to my advantage and stack defense and resistance on 3 tanks 2 healers till t his issue is fixed. You cant tell me this has not happened to anyone else but me or everyone else is stacking the same on the first team. This better not be called an exploit cause I submitted the ticket out of PURE ANGER for this being allowed to happen to me.My defense team has alot of 3-0 wins. How do I know it went 3-0 teams 2 and 3 are all marked with big fat ZEROs Tenexia is still on my log and that is one that took a 0-3 loss. Sympson is all marked with zeros no damage recorded on teams 2 and 3.

To this very day not a dam thing has changed from this bug I reported. Im not putting any more effort into arena till they fix this bug! One more thing HOW come 70% of the new arena event is stacked with Sigret? Pretty sad when you pick a dam rare because shes broken over anyother legendary. Or let me ban her everytime

Im still waiting on a response to exchange my level 16 legendary Rift hourglass that suppose to give 90 skill haste. Its not giving anyone I put it on 90. Its barely 1/2 of what it says its suppose to be.

Regarding the issue you asked about the Rift hourglass skill's haste not taking effect, you can test it with stake training. You can compare the power skill charging time of the same hero with and without wearing artifacts. The difference may be only about 2-3 seconds. You can try to observe it by timing yourself.

The rift hourglass claims to have 90 skill haste. I dont test it against a test dummy you test it against another legedary with skill haste from Neg runes/Pos runes or even skill haste equipment. Example I put Rift hourglass on Garius +90 skill haste EVEN though you claim it works it shows 0 on summed view skill screen, I put 45 skill haste on GIllian thru the description her skill haste indicates 45 or what ever you want to put on her but for this example I have tried 45. You put them both in the Vortex boss or anywhere in this game. What is suppose to happen is Garius gets to his Ultimate faster then Gillian. SHOULD be a very noticable difference because Garius is 2x faster at his skill RIGHT? That is how i can tell I AM NOT GETTING 90 Skill haste out of that legendary. Why would you hide it unless you found out it would inbalance the game to much. THATS why I picked it from the items cause it can be used on ANYONE. Artifacts are suppose to give you an edge hence they are called Legendary Artifacts. Its on the get to it someday but in the mean time keep telling everyone its working. I would have NEVER picked it had it said +40 or 50 skill haste. I go to the store pick up something that says its suppose to this and it dont ME and YOU return the item because it does not do what the label says its suppose to. THAT is why I am asking to give that artifact back because THIS GAME MISLEAD ME..... I should have the right to do that I spent alot of money getting that duplicate Legendary for a misleading BROKE artifact. I am sorry this was so long but I cant be more clear then this.
