Description: Might be a visual bug, but as you can see, tonalnan has her buff from the passive skill as wild procs during fights, but i see no buffs or apparent dps from Alfie, granted he's not really tuned or well equipped right now... but it might be easier with a buff icon like tonalnan to understand that he does have the attack bonus x10.
