I have tried changing the network ( 2 different wifi networks both at good speed and stable)
I have cleared cache , redownloaded the game after uninstall on both pc and mobile, tried with all 3 available third part account ( google, apple id, and facebook) on phone and pc client , the issue still exists .
Please try using data traffic to log in to the game. If you have tried the above method, the problem still does not resolve. Please contact me again. Thanks!

Iam using a simcard internet and a home network , with nither i can login pretty sure the issue is not on my end

Thank you for trying to help at this point i just can't be bothered anymore , since last night i have uninstalled and redownloaded the game on 2 different devices changed internet cleared cache tried vpn tried all available third party accounts (ones with a character created and ones with no character ie first login) i have provided the details it's not on my end .
