Any possibility that my account is bugged?

I'm playing tryhard everyday, doing eveything pvp and pve. I bought pass and I'm buying every purple orb that i see and still i have few epics... It's frustating beacuse my friends that are casual, they don't spend, they don't play PVP... they have double my epics... why do i need 40 epic orbs to get 1 epic... srsly what is wrong with my account. I have like 17 epics, 2 dupes and 2 got from first buy and free reward
For example today after resets my friend got 1 epic from 7 epic orbs, i had 25 and i got only commons and few rares... srsly what is wrong, cuz i feel that is not worth anymore to buy the pass or monthly offer
Can someone check my account if it something wrong?(to give a nickname or id something) I'm playing only with rares... Imagine that i don't have an epic support after 30days, only rares and rares (in the same time my f2p friend has all good epic supports)

Starlight Invocation:
Epic Hero: 3.0%;
Rare Hero: 20.0%, A Rare Hero will be guaranteed after 4 attempts upon successive failures;
Common Hero: 77.0%.

thank you for your answer. but just to know, I finished the campaign and I did everything, everyday 🙂 and i think my last epic from purple orb were 1-2 weeks ago... imagine playing with only rares from the start to finish of the season

yea it s sense that you are right, 40 epic orbs to get an epic, when ppl from my discord are opening 2-3 per day and everyday a new epic. f2p ppl with almost all epics when i have 20 and bought packs
100% it s only RNG + i had in 2 days = 4 tries on horn and i got 3 times roll 1... surreee RNG, why it wasn't 3 times 20? I didn t see an epic from horn for example, one time i got a 13 roll that was the biggest
