Event is end but I didn't take any ranking rewards? I tried relog but only event rewards claimed, i can't see my ranking rewards

yeah i said i have it after 13 min delay and you see it but ty, you should be tired 
after 10 min i'm just paniced, there are lots of rewards for f2p/low spenders
