I have noticed that during Temporal Vortex battles, Olgan's attack buff is only landing on Usha. It is supposed to affect all Frost characters in range. I have tried all different positioning but it does not seem to make a difference.

Sorry the frame rate stinks but i am new a this...you can see that not all the frost heroes get the buff however
I think i just figured it out....I was confusing Frost and Ice allies...Frost are a subset of Ice...its why it only works on Usha...my bad
