I think legendaries are mostly for p2w players...
U can get one fire legend from game progress, besides that just dont expect anything but epics which I got plenty already as f2p... the real problem is leveling up since u need like 3-4 full teams for all aspects of the game (single target burst, aoe dmg, buff/debuff, extreme HP/DEF etc)

even if u get a lego, nothing to do with that, because you never will get inspirition part for them.
