#Dragonheir locking out windows taskbar for past few weeks

I've been playing since early in Season 0 (in fullscreen mode, with the game on one of my two monitors), and I often use the windows screenshot/snippet tool (Windows logo key + shift + S) to save some reference info for myself (like a layout for a dungeon, or a hero equipment setup for it, etc). For the last few weeks this has gotten to be a headache because very often after taking the snippet I will get frozen out of the taskbar and can't actually open the notification center to open up the snippet; clicking on the taskbar does nothing whether it's for the notification center or another app. I can alt-tab to other apps fine.

Shutting down Dragonheir always fixes the problem (and sometimes just clicking through windows in dragonheir will too, and all of a sudden my notification center will open up). So it seems pretty clearly tied up with Dragonheir, and I am pretty sure they problem only started 2-3 weeks ago, although perhaps it's been a bit longer.

(Possibly related-- I've also noted in the same general timeframe that when alt-tabbed over to google sheets on my 2nd and using arrow keys to navigate around cells, Dragonheir is now also interpreting the arrow keys and moving my cursor around in response even though it is not the active application; it did not used to do this.)

A video would only show the cursor hovering over the taskbar, it's not like the video can even really show you where i am trying to click. But I could believe it's simply your standard process to ask for that, sigh. So, do you have a recommended method for recording this? It's not something I am used to doing. And just what device information do you want (Windows 10 PC, or something more specific)?
