ofc its %2000, %2000 meaning your enlightenment x20 and its not that big... imagine you have 200 enlightenment, that mean 4000 healing + %15 target max hp, tanks can have around 80k hp easily and %15 hp means 12k hp + 4k from %2000 elightenment, as you can see %2000 is not high for enlightenment

There are many characters that has a few thousand enlighment %. You will get used to it. And as said before, is not that much really.
