Well...crit > base damage. So... I'd take extra crit.

Its not overly hard to build for like 80+ crit and 90-100% crit damage.

So basically all your hit do +100% damage. So extra +30% makes it's thst you do 130% extra crit. It's pretty strong imo.

Simple... One of my dude is at 88% crit with 114% crit damage.

If I can field one hero with crot aura it's now 144% with this perk it's now 177%

So your base damage (no crit) doing 10000
With extra 39% attack (no crit)
