When there are no Summoned Units, the skill is summon
When there is a Summoned Units, the skill is to let the Summoned Units release the skill.

More details on this mechanic please. There is nothing in Scharlach's kit that suggests skill switching will clear his ultimate energy, and there are no other units that have skills tied to ultimate energy loss.
