#Dungeon times inaccurate. HUGE problem.

For a game that has seasons and dungeon races it is inexcusable that the actual time on the clock for the fight does not match our recorded clear time.

I previously cleared Frozen Temple at a time of 01:38 but it was recorded as 01:50 so I recorded my next attempt which is what I have shown in the screenshots.
I kill the boss and the clock stops at 03:18, but the recorded time says 01:54 which would be 03:06.

This is absurd 🙂 It isn't that hard to calculate that 3 minutes and 18 seconds of 5 minutes is 1 minute and 42 seconds.

In both instances the recorded time added exactly 12 seconds to my run, where are these 12 seconds coming from?

Please fix this.

As you already know I had a recorded time of 1:50 for Frost dungeon even if it was 1:38 according to the clock. Screenshots above in this thread.
I actually had top 3 times recorded for all three dungeons, not just this one, but my name was replaced in the rankings by slower times. The domain 3 race ended 12 hours ago at reset, and I have not received any rewards.
Are these rewards to be received at a later time or is this bugged?

Dear Traveller, thank you for your petience, kindly note that commenly this is not a bug, but rather an issue with the way battle time is calculated, which includes transition times. This issue affects all players and will be fixed in the upcoming S2 season. Additionally, In regards of your time of 3 minuts and 19 seconds why it didint make it into the leaderboard while another player, '荒野使者,' with a time of 3 minutes and 39 seconds did. The reason is that '荒野使者' used a Trigger Affinity lineup, while you have not used the Affinity lineup.

3:19 is not me, my name is not there. But your ignorance and my ignorance helped me realize that these leaderboards are not explained anywhere. Each dungeon has 5 separate rankings and only 1 person can win each one.
fastest fire+poison team
fastest ice+necrosis team
fastest lightning+radiance team
fastest no affinity team
fastest low rarity(no legendary heroes in the team, main character/special is allowed) team
5 first place ranks per dungeon, not top 5 fastest which is the obvious assumption since no game has done it this way before as far as I can remember.
Now that I understand this, that guy beat me by 4 seconds after I went to bed.

This should have been explained as a tutorial.
