Hi, I requested a refund for the $99 pack out of frustration of getting the same dupe legendary for a 3rd time. This pack was $99 for 7000+7000 gems and I'm now negative 14,000 gems. My only options to purchase this amount of gems is now a $200 value. Can this be adjusted so a $99 purchase puts my account back at a neutral balance?
