for added info, i was able to load aguest account and it logs in, i tried on an Apple iphone that mt girlfriend uses sto play and still the same error on my account, her account has no issue

I also use 2 ASUS Tuf's to play (this one, and another one at my house+ my androif phone and the account was created on the android phone)
