Hi, thank you for your help. I got a response from the automatic system, and the ban continous. Is it possible that the game mistakenly ban me due to IP switching? I am playing it in China, and I used VPN to make in-game purchase via Steam - Japan, and another VPN to change account binding from Google to Apple. Could these IP switches confuse the system?
