Hi, i see that sometimes Irina fails to dispel debuff without any text explaining what's happening.

At 0:01, you see that Irina's skills work properly here, showing attack down and buff dispelled texts on the boss.

At 0:24, you see that the text only says attack down, but no buff dispelled text. What does it mean? Does buff dispelling go through resistance check? If so, when it fails resistance check, then it should say resisted. But no such text appears here

For context, Irina here is fully skilled up (meaning 100% chance for attack down and buff dispel), and she has 235 accuracy in the battle. This is curse 8, so the boss has 150 resistance. If possible, would like to clarify two things:

  1. Do buff dispell go through resistance check? If so, why not display resisted when it fails the check? As it stands now, It only seems like the skill suddenly doesnt work properly for some reason

  2. Understand how accuracy vs resistance formula is being applied. Do you still get a chance to be resisted despite high accuracy vs enemy resistance? How much higher does the accuracy need to be to guarantee that it won't fail resistance check?

Thanks

Thanks for your patience. Regarding some of the questions you asked, I will answer them for you one by one.

  1. Regarding the skill issue of Irina that you asked about, Irina reduces attack and removes target buffs first with a 75% probability (if the skill is not full), and then with concentration-saving confrontation.

  2. Regarding the concentration-immunity confrontation formula you asked about, the higher the concentration, the higher the probability. It is generally recommended to add the recommended concentration values in the level information. But no matter how high the stack is, there will always be a fixed resistance probability of about 3%.

Hope my answer can be helpful to you. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact me. Looking forward to your reply!

So buff dispel still go through resistance check and it will always have at least 3% chance of failure regardess accuracy stats. When it didnt get applied, that means it failed the check despite no "resist" text displayed. Understood, thanks
