This advices are for trash PC comps, that's not my situation
My computer runs the game in full maxed out graphics at max FPS without any problems
It's just that Characters ultimate cinematics look like you made the videos back at the studio but set the frame rate of those at 30 fps, and the contrast between that and a fluid game on PC makes it look like it's super hard lagging

In the upper right corner of the main interface of the game, please click
Expansion - settings - image, you can adjust the picture quality, resolution, frame rate. Picture
quality and resolution is divided into very low, low, medium, high,very high, and frame rate is
divided into 30 and 60.
Also here are the requirements of the devices to operate our game properly,
the recommended requirements for the device areas follows. If the recommended
Settings are not met, the resolution, graphics quality, and FPS ccannot be set as higher.

I think that you didn't read my message, my device as waaaaaay better performances than stated in your above message, it is just that I think you prerecorded the ultimate abilities cinematic so when they are played on our computer they are at the frame rate you produced them (probably 24) while our games run at 60 FPS minimum
So the difference between our graphics during game and the videos that are used for ultimate abilities cinematics is horrible and makes them look laggy

But in my opinion they won't be able to do anything about it because it looks like you made insa cinematics with special effects pre-rendered, thus you put them in video format not real time render, but you put low FPS on those videos

is it solved ? Mine just become super laggy after it freeze and dc
have done setting low graphic , switching fps , changed connection , reconnecting but still super laggy on everything
its working fine till now , playing on pc version
