Glitching in Terminus, Cobweb of death

With the main quest Cobweb of Death open, whenever I enter into Terminus city and exit I get teleported back to the 'Cobweb of Death' gate. Sometimes when I go to a specific area of Terminus the area doesn't load and just get a black screen. After like 10 seconds, and 'Esc' button, I go to main town but it doesn't work
