However I hope my description will be enough for you.
During the quest that Frurbath gives you, you are sent north to investigate some man-eating troll. When you reach him, he tells you that you were fooled by Frurbath, that he didn't ate anyone but Frurbath did and even experimented on the people or whatever, and the quest tells to you to return to Frurbath. But when I got there and talked to him, no additional dialogue appeared, the quest simply successfully finished. So it appears to be just dialogue/lore bug. Rewards were given.
