But is there any explanation for player to know why my account disappear suddenly? Is it a bug? And after my account disappeared is there a reason for me to refund? And is it been considered a dishonest refund?

The issue is still existing, i try all my other google ac to check if i login a wrong account but there is nothing, the cs told me to show them latest 3 advice which i used to login and also create a new character in new server show to them, i created and they reply me maybe i login in wrong google ac with similar name, or my account may have been stolen by others that i may need to change the google account password.
I dont know what i can do,
I am tired , maybe i will just create a new account to play.
