#Legendary from pre-gift horn not received

Hello, I have not received my legendary Hochadir after reaching Journey level 5 on my account.

I had an account that was tied to the gmail I used for pre-gift, and it showed me that I was set to get the rewards (screenshot below).

I then linked my apple account, unlinked my gmail, and then linked my gmail to a new account. I'm not seeing the rewards on the new account I have my gmail linked to though.

The old account ID was: 1678864393738898432

The new account ID is: 1742337030656783360 (name: BigPapi299, Sylvania VII)

I can show proof that both accounts (gmail and apple) are mine, and I could even reach Level 5 journey on the old account if necessary to show that I received a Hochadir (though I would want to make sure it goes to to char on the new account and not the old account).

If it is easier to bind the old account to the new account (keeping the new account and giving the pre-gift that way), that is fine as well.

No character on the old account (1678864393738898432) reached level 5 journey. Only one character on the new account (1742337030656783360, BigPapi299 on Sylvania VII) is at level 5 journey, which is the one I want the reward to go to.

Regarding your query about character transfer, please note that the activity rules state that players must use the same three-party account to log in to the official Client, and create a character, and the pre-draw card reward will be sent by email to the first character created by the player that reach the journey level Lv.5. Moreover, our game can not transfer pre-draw rewards to other characters.

The account I am using now is connected to the same email I used for pre-gift though. I want the pre gift on the account it is now linked to. There was no message or rule that said if you link the pre-gift email to a different account, the pre-gift doesn’t transfer as long as you haven’t reached journey level 5.

If you check on your end, the gmail I used for pre-gift is the same gmail I am using now for BigPapi299 on Sylvania VII. I just want my pre gift rewards on BigPapi299.
