I can still assist others from chat but can't open my own room. If I do fast travel from the N tab, it says "No challenge target found". happened on 1 character not the other, please assist.

The 3 rifts recharge every couple of days to total up to 3 for the week. You can still assist others in the meantime while your own are "recharging" but will not get rewards.
