Similar issue but with the gift card. None of the giveaway winners got anything they’ve won so far from what I’ve seen.

I assume you're looking into the main issue of this bug report, the missing rewards from the survey - I provided a link to the survey 3 days ago but got no response
Upon checking so far we're still investigating the issue, we're extremely sorry id our game has caused you any inconvenience I assure you it was not our purpose, we will double check again and try to get you a resolution as soon as possible.

Sorry, but what does this even mean? I completed the survey / Q & A with my correct email address over 3 weeks ago now. I provided my email address to you in a direct message on 30 September 2023.
Can you not verify my email address is correct, can you not forward the reward email to my provided email address?
I understand this is not a priority, but you've just released another Q&A Survey and yet you still have people who've yet to receive rewards from the first.

Regarding the issue you asked about not receiving the reward, please check again to see if you have received an email from Dragonheir: Silent Gods to the email address you used to participate in the event, which contains the CD-key for the reward.
If you still have not received it, please double-check whether you filled in the correct email address when participating in the event, or whether you have completed answering the questions.
In addition, regarding the issue you mentioned about forwarding the reward email to the email address you provided, may I ask do you mean that you filled in the wrong email when completing the relevant survey, so you now want us to resend the reward to the correct email address.

- As far as I am aware I did fill in the correct email address and the email hasn't arrived.
- How can I 'double-check' if I filled in the correct email address if the survey has ended already - please advise and see picture
- I am not saying I entered in the wrong email address, I'm just trying to put an end to this issue without missing on rewards for a survey that I 100% completed, with the correct email address.
Is it even worth it at this point - the amount of time spent just to rectify an issue with your survey.
Just consider this issue closed and I won't be partaking in providing feedback in the future.

I appreciate you guys working diligently to solve this issue, and I understand I don’t have much room to complain considering you guys are the ones providing free gifts, though it’s a little ridiculous how the process of handing out gift cards to a handful of giveaway winners has taken nearly a month with little to no progress update on when or how we’ll get them.
Additionally, you guys have hosted other giveaways with prizes of more gift cards which just adds on to the backlog of rewards needing to be handed out, slowing the process, if there is any, even more. - just don’t understand it
