I propose 1:1 in the same affinity.
And 2:1 in the other affinities.
When you do Fire dungeon, you want Fire or Poison.
And what you find is RNG, so be fair with us please.

Farming the level 2 of FIRE is a real nightmare. 😦
Everybody is doing the LVL 1 hundred of times of ascend only ONE character.
Please help to convert more easily our resources from the same affinity. 🙏
To obtain 12 Fire lvl 2, i need 120 Fire Lvl 1

that will be the nightmare.
you should use the right gear and potions by cooking to get level up the dungeon.
and of course, in fire dungeon change element of main hero to ice, and use other heroes than posion/fire.
resistant staffs will be your friend, and debuff skills.
