I suggest to place a gift hero for the end of company not like single Errich but like six heroes - one of each energy and players can choose the one more likely needed to build the team . I know a lot of good guys who get Errich and he stays level one untill the end of the season.. just because he is not connected to team energy they build. Some guys even left the game because they missing one or two characters to make team . Sure if you accept my suggestion it will increase interest to your perfect game...
