As some noticed, in horn event and may be in game too, horn summon pull is restricted, to legos we can summon with it. Why we don't have this stated in event or horn itself description? It's crucial part of info.

It is recommended the odds to be pull rarity and specific types of heroes to be disclosed. There are two scenarios to consider for this request: 1. Horn summon Pull is free to player (so player is not actually paying real money currency for pull)- It would be nice for player to have these odds disclosed, but support for this scenario is really up to the developer. 2. Horn summon pull costs player real money currency to pull- If SGRA Studio or Nuverse ever plan on allowing players to pay real money to pull horn summons, they will need to disclose these odds. Otherwise, they open themselves up getting banned by countries and/or sued. Based on country specific laws requiring these odds to be disclosed when paying with real money.
