Chess Section , Games , Matches and VCs.

Hey , I have an idea that is to add a chess section , games , tournament in the server. It will boost intreset to be active in server for chess lovers . You can also add elo roles in server like 2800 elo , 100 elo and Chess Gm etc. It will be a crazy idea and also do a chess tournament per week . Adding chess leader board @dense jolt

We already done may tournaments of chess in stage it's better aur stable platform for doing competition
