If you’re anything like me, you want the most bang for your buck—the most experience gained in the least amount of time. That applies not only to skilling, but also to combat.
One challenge is remembering every enemy’s weakness. While some players have those memorized, others may need to open their bag or check equipment to remind themselves whether an enemy is weak to Archery, Magic, Melee, etc.
My suggestion is a simple quality-of-life toggle that displays an enemy’s weakness directly near their name while in combat. For example, after selecting an enemy, the nameplate could show something like:
Dragon (Archery)
This would allow players to quickly identify the correct combat style at a glance and swap gear accordingly.
Since not everyone would want this feature, it could be enabled or disabled through a settings toggle. Players who already know every weakness could leave it off, while others could turn it on for convenience.
It’s a small change, but I think it would improve combat flow and reduce unnecessary menu navigation without impacting game balance.
