Is it a fresh GIM account? If it is I believe you need to leave the clan and then immediately rejoin and that will fix it

i somehow have the bug but got a few lvls from a quest, A one potato que so farming lv 2 an archery lv 12 form a combat quest i kept reenabling so dont think ill be able to rejoin with lvls gain

after nothing an same with event in clan mised all of then yesterday ..

don't loss must with the prestige thing or dose it count already or first after the update
