This new feature is gonna loose you a player that has dropped 500RL into this game. I have 2 steam accounts one 15 years old, 2nd 13 years old...i use one, wife uses the other. i play game on main computer and wife plays on laptop. we both have 3 characters, each tied to separate account and legal according to your rules. 1st time after new feature we lost internet connection or did update it required each to tie to the separate steam which we did. now today both were on line and internet crashed. now both cant get into our accounts. it says my characters are not tied to my steam and hers also same msg. restarted both. still says our characters are not tied to our steam and wont let us import saying they tied to another account. since these steam accounts are so old both have different names but had common email for both. I have never loaded or played her characters on my main computer and she has never played mine so how are they both locked out. Please advise how to fix this. we both have over 3k hours in this game.

Sorry for the troubles. I haven't seen this happen yet, so that is certainly quite odd. Are you positive that each of you linked a Steam account to each master account? Linking to Steam is not a requirement, it is possible to also create a master account using an email & password. Have you tried sending a "Forgot password?" link to each of your emails?

yes. and setting master account was required. it wouldn't let either of us log in until we did it. now i cant log in solo account with the original email it was set up. How to remove this master account requirment as it does not work right yet?

I cant, i set up both with just the steam because both steam share the same email and didn't want this to happen so both are attached to steam name and steam passwords.
and cant log in with the orignal 6 emails that all six were setup with either since they tied now.How to remove your master system since it sucks. Happy to go back to logging in each seperate?
