Hi all, Since the login update - i havent been able to login to my alt. I've used 2 different emails for my main and alt but for some reason I can no longer login to one of them.
This is the error I get. I've changed the password without any fix. I do not get sent any codes either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you created a master account?
I have, yeah. I created it with my Mains Login (through Steam). I've also tried importing characters while logged into my master Account - but get the message "Guest accounts cannot import accounts, Add a login method to secure your account and then import your characters". Yet my account is linked with steam and email.

Strange. Please open up a ticket in #player-appeals with the email of your master account, and the email of your main & alt
