As the title says, Carpentry skill won't let you process logs into planks when you have 0 gold even if you have the "Plank Bargain" upgrade maxed

Same thing happened to me. Purchased plank bargain forever ago and would only allow me to make the plank when I had enough gold to cover the cost of making it
