He didn't know what to do so he use a guest account, and linked his main in there and logged off now he can't log back in

Are you sure you're logged into the correct guest account here? I can see that the characters are linked to a guest account but it doesn't seem to be this one. If they reinstalled the game or used another device without adding a log-in method to their account, you could end up in this spot.
If you'd like, I can delete the guest account with the linked characters. Your son can then create a new master account with a connected log-in method and re-import his characters. Alternatively, they can keep using whatever account they're currently logged onto, import the characters there and add the log-in method(s) they want.
