Friend hasn't logged in since 2023, despite trying every email it could be. His IdleClans account name is Alejo789. Simple fix for this?

If he is able to make a ticket in #player-appeals we can try to recover his account credentials - any info w.r.t. proof of ownership would help (what you think the email is, the account name, device used, etc.)
