They were draining the entire time the servers were offline, and continue to drain while you aren't online.

i can confirm i lost 20 minutes on my main and alt

however my 3rd account still has its full duration

tems already found out why and a server reboot was applied. it was caused by being offline and in combat. some unlucky people who logged in between the update and the reboot lost more. i lost 85 minutes, and my clanmate lost 3 hours.

it seems like anyone who didn't log in during that time lost about 20 minutes, as you said.
