I purchased an outstanding gem, claimed it, logged out and swapped to my mining account to transfer my superior pickaxe over to upgrade and the gem is just gone

I wish it was cap lol, i I got enough to buy more. Im just saying I think there's a glitch. Im assuming it happens when u claim an item and log out too fast?
