Currently, in a lot of end game set-ups, its almost mandatory to have chefs hat.
a no level requirement, no stats, non-combat item.
this leaves almost all end game head gear, that has viable stats and requires actually playing the game to obtain and use, on the edge of obscurity and nearly obsolete.
I suggest we remove Chef Hat healing buff so that players have to wear appropriate gear matching the defense of what theyre fighting, instead of cheasing 20% increased healing from food.
but only because we need to use it for later cooking skilling gear 👀, I could just make a new hat that would take over the stats of the current chef hat, maybe with some adjustments so both the meta slaves and Viper slaves will be happy
