Allow quest rerolls after a quest is 'completed'

I logged into my account after reset to see that I completed a superior meat cooking quest due to sage book, but I'd rather reroll it for something else - I have no choice because its already 'completed', the reroll option is no longer available... I'm suggesting to make the reroll quest button an option prior to claiming any reward from the quest, if you were to accidentally or unintentionally complete it

or alternatively make it so you are unable to start actually completing any quests until you open the quest tab at least once since reset. It's infuriating logging on to have a quest pre-completed that you don't want.
