i ran 11hr of combat offline, came back and recieved all the exp (hp and magic) but didnt recieve a single item in 11hrs. i doubt im just this unlucky to not get a single kill

i then tried for a quick 30 min of combat on main, and did 71 kills with no loot.

whats confusing to me is that, both of those look like your accounts, but how would both of them update at the same time

They are both my accounts "SenpaiRyUwU" and "SilverFoxUwU" are both me, and I've had those upgrades for awhile now, had multiple log out and logins since then too. The fact that both of mine are right next to each other makes me stand on my earlier statement of "this is how devs do things here?" If that makes sense because I post something about it and then minutes later and that happens, I even checked to make sure it was bought when asked in game chat lol
And I do wanna clarify that it's not any kind of attack at the devs or anything just curious if that's how things are resolved by this team
