I just spent 10.71 plus tax on premium and can't use it's features. I would appreciate either this being fixed or getting a refund.

After purchasing premium you should have received a premium token in your inventory, have you activated the token yet? This should give you access to training the premium skills as well as all the other features premium provides.

Oh, I didn't realize there was an item I had to use. I though it just added premium. My bad. Clearly reading comprehension is not my strong suite lmao.
