I have the book of the sage cook, when I try to buy 'keep it burning' the game starts loading and then stops btu I do not have the upgrade. I tried restarting the game.

Small configuration error there. I've fixed it now but a server restart is unfortunately required to get the fix in. As the changes introduced today were significant, I'll be on the look out for more issues before doing yet another server restart. I'll update here when the fix is live. Sorry about this!
